Harold Melnick Harold is the Australian Senior Manager for Microsoft Unified Communications. Harold’s area of focus is the development of Unified Communications strategy, VoIP, Exchange Server and Office Communications Server. Harold works with all Microsoft Unified Communications customers, focusing on the development and design of messaging and Unified Communications products and strategies. In this presentation, Harold breaks down the various aspects of the Unified Communications offering and how those functions make organisations more productive and efficient whilst saving money. Market shifts are causing organisations to get more out of existing investments in IT network and telephony infrastructure as opposed to investing in a completely new technology. In assisting these organisations, Melissa has been able to experience the challenges specific to this sector and how Microsoft can best meet those challenges moving forward.
