Harold is the Australian Senior Manager for Microsoft Unified Communications. Harold’s area of focus is the development of Unified Communications strategy, VoIP, Exchange Server and Office Communications Server. Harold works with all Microsoft Unified Communications customers, focusing on the development and design of messaging and Unified Communications products and strategies.

Melissa Barlow
Microsoft Australia Public Sector Director, SMB

Melissa is responsible for managing the SMB team focussed on the public service sector.  In assisting these organisations, Melissa has been able to experience the challenges specific to this sector and how Microsoft can best meet those challenges moving forward.

In this presentation, Melissa speaks about these issues, not specifically in terms of Unified Communications, but  in a holistic sense and how UC is one piece in the puzzle to overcoming these challenges.
